“Where is AWSU located?”

AWSU is located at Level 1 of the Centre for the Advancement of Language Competence (CALC).

“Are AWSU services available during the first semester of 2020/2021?”

Yes, AWSU offers synchronous (via Zoom) and asynchronous (via email) online tutoring for Semester 1, 2020/2021.

“How do I make a Zoom Tutoring Appointment with the AWSU tutors?”

Go to The AWSU Tutoring Appoinments to set a Zoom Tutoring Appointment with our writing tutors.

“How do I send my work for the Email Tutoring ?”

You need to book a tutoring slot using the appointment calendar and email your draft to calc_writing@upm.edu.my . You will receive constructive feedback from our writing tutors within two to three (2-3) working days.

“How far in advance do I need to cancel my appointment?”

You need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that other students have the opportunity to make an appointment.

“How do I cancel or reschedule appointments?”

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, just click "cancel" or "reschedule" links in the confirmation email you receive and the calendar will adjust accordingly.
