Client Charter

1) TEACHING

a. Timetable for the upcoming semester will be available in week twelve (12) the semester prior.

b. Teaching assessment will be assessed by CALC and action will be taken in four (4) weeks time.

2) MANAGEMENT

Ensuring staff/clients who have made an appointment will get feedback regarding the matter in two (2) working days.

3) PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Ensuring that application for CALC's professional services will get feedback in three (3) working days.
